The Agreement governs your participation in the Program and includes provisions regarding opting in, opting out, user obligations, support instructions, and dispute resolution. Your Account:

Return Policy:
1. All Machado Brothers Camp tickets and Jiu Jitsu gear sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be offered, unless otherwise specified in the exceptions below.
Exceptions:
a. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive Jiu Jitsu gear that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the item. We will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
b. Incorrect Orders: In the event that you receive the wrong item or a different size/color than what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you or provide a suitable resolution.
2. To be eligible for a return or exchange for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, you must contact our customer support team within the specified time frame mentioned above. Failure to do so may result in the denial of your request.
3. Return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be covered by the Machado Brothers. However, for any other reasons, including changes of mind or dissatisfaction, customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Please ensure that returned items are in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the items are not in their original condition or if they have been used or damaged by the customer.
5. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your request accordingly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days from the date of receiving the returned items.
Please note: The Machado Brothers reserve the right to update or modify this return policy at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the policy before making a purchase.
